Non-duality

Non-duality is the recognition that there is only one reality. Everything is interconnected. There are no separate, independent, autonomous entities.

It is the experiential understanding of our essential nature as pure consciousness. It is not a religion or a philosophy although sages from many religious traditions and many philosophers have pointed towards it.
