About this website
If you have arrived here and are inclined to linger, it’s because you have questions. Maybe those questions are as yet unformulated. Maybe they can’t really be formulated. Or maybe they are the perennial questions that you asked in childhood, that you have explored for many years, but have yet to find a fully satisfactory answer: What am I really? Why am I here? What is the purpose of life? What is this world really made of? What is its destiny?
The non-dual philosophy provides answers to those questions, and in fact answers to all existential questions. But not through words. Words are just pointers to the understanding of the answers. An understanding that lives within us but is not always apparent.
So this website provides links to resources for those who have an interest in non-duality, are maybe studying it with a spiritual teacher, but want to explore more deeply issues and disconnects with their everyday lived experience. It’s for those who are dedicated to truth – discovering the truth and living the truth – rather than seeking a congenial religion or dogma. Those who want to deepen their understanding, beyond the sound bites.
It’s about untangling misunderstandings and providing alternative pointers where the standard pointers don’t seem to work for you.
About Jenny

For many decades, I studied the Fourth Way System of PD Ouspensky and the progressive path of Advaita Vedanta based on mantra meditation, as taught by the Shankaracharya Shantanand Saraswati. But there was a disconnect between what I had learned and a sudden but lasting glimpse of my true nature that seemed to be uncaused. After an extensive search for a teaching that made sense of my experience, I came across the Direct Path. I studied with Rupert Spira for about 8 years. Then I moved on to his teacher, Francis Lucille, in order to deepen my understanding and learn how to live an ordinary life in harmony with the truth, love, happiness and freedom that is our true nature.
I love to teach, but chose not to set myself up as a professional spiritual teacher. When asked a question, I temporarily become a teacher; otherwise, I remain a student and enjoyer of all that life provides.
I don’t advertise. I don’t seek more members of my groups. I don’t actively promote this website, my YouTube channel or my groups. I have no interest in attracting a large following. Somehow it seems that truth-seekers and truth-lovers magically come across what they need.
